Increasing demands in technology, academic pressure, and life transitions often result in physical, emotional and psychological symptoms, which can manifest as irritability, anxiety and depression. Over time these symptoms can affect your teen’s wellbeing and happiness. A crucial skill in managing stress effectively is to be able to deal with change whenever it occurs.
UCSD is now offering the first of a series of 4-Week Mindfulness for Teens Programs (each session is 90 minutes) introducing teens to the practice and benefits of mindfulness. Offered for only $150, this program will occur on four consecutive Tuesday evenings from 4:30-6:00 pm. Online registration is now open.
